TNK Jewellery specialises in handcrafted jewellery and loose precious stones, including opals and natural gemstones. Due to the nature of these products, our return policy is outlined below to ensure clarity and fairness.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind on any purchases, including:

  • Finished jewellery pieces

  • Loose precious stones or gemstones

Please choose carefully before purchasing. We encourage customers to contact us prior to purchase if additional information, images, or clarification is required.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide:

  • Proof of purchase

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty under Australian Consumer Law, TNK Jewellery will offer a repair, replacement, or refund, as appropriate.

Custom, Bespoke & One-of-a-Kind Items

Many TNK Jewellery products are:

  • Custom-made

  • Handcrafted

  • One-of-a-kind natural stone pieces

For this reason, custom, bespoke, or one-of-a-kind items (including loose stones) are not eligible for return or exchange, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Natural Stone Characteristics

Precious stones and opals are natural materials and may display variations in:

  • Colour

  • Pattern

  • Inclusions

  • Clarity

  • Texture

These natural characteristics are inherent to the stone and do not constitute a fault.

Return Conditions

Approved returns must:

  • Be in original, unworn, and unaltered condition

  • Include original packaging

  • Be returned securely packaged

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.

Return Requests

All return requests must be approved prior to sending items back.
